Government of India launched a new android for cashless payment transfer without internet connectivity.

Here is some steps and terminology.
Mpin or upi pin is 4 digit code that your create with mbanking. If mbanking is not enabled for your account, they will ask you to enter six digit debit card no. Enter it and enter pin of your choice. This will be your mpin.
Payment address is a particular unique address to everyone. Its like email id. you will get a payment address after adding your account to this app.
This will be in the form of xxxxxxxxxx@upi here xxxxxxxxxx is your mobile number.
Ex.
Means mobile number is 9898989898 then payment address is 9898989898@upi
How to Use this app
1.Open the app and choose sim card of mobile number which is registered to your bank account number.
2.Now click on send SMS and your number will verified. This process will happen for once.
3.After this, choose your bank and your account number that will be automatically picked. If you have multiple accounts in same bank then choose any one account of them.
4.Now Create MPIN for your account by entering last 6 digits of debit card number.
5.Now click on pay and enter mobile number or payment address of that person to whom you want to pay.
6.Now enter your MPIN and click next. Your payment will be done.
Great , it will work without internet connectivity.
